Pressed up on a griddle by Bill Bowerman himself, the nubbed out configuration remains a relevant part of Swoosh history. Why not bring it back then? BEATNIC x Reebok Workout 25th Anniversary Sneaker

After having recently unveiled the Foot Patrol, Espionage and Sneakersnstuff collaborations with Reebok for the Workout 25th Anniversary celebrations, we now move on to the next one. Fullerton California store BEATNIC was also invited to create its very own interpretation of the Workout Plus.

The store was inspired by the original Reebok Pump Fury colorway and tried to stay as true as possible to the sneaker. Unfortunately their request for pump functionality on the shoe was not brought to reality, but otherwise materials and colors pretty perfectly reflect the OG colors onto the Workout Plus.

The BEATNIC x Reebok Workout 25th Anniversary sneaker will release along with the other retailer collaborations on February 15th, 2012. Detailed images of the sneaker follow on our dedicated Reebok Workout 25th Anniversary Microsite.

Nike WMNS Hachi Black Denim Lavender

A trio of tablecloth-like gingham ladies colorways popped up during last year’s dog days, but we haven’t seen any since from Nike Sportswear’s new-for-2011 lifestyle design.  The Nike WMNS Hachi will return soon in a makeup that’s unique to the model so far including men’s releases, a heathered black denim-ish twill whose soft grey flecks are echoed by the foxing band and taken to another level by the soft purple laces, heel stripe and outsole.  Whether we’ll see these replicated on a different palette remains to be seen, but this particular pair should be out before the end of the spring season, and you can see more up-close images after clicking the jump below.  via TTB.

Olympus OM-D E-M5 Digital Camera

Olympus is bringing back the classic OM series. With an official preview still a couple of days away, we get an early look at the OM-D E-M5 digital camera. The micro four thirds camera will feature a 16 megapixel sensor, electronic viewfinder, one of the fastest autofocus systems on the market, and a weatherproof magnesium body. We love the look of the camera, which seems especially robust. How it performs, we will only find out once the first hands-on reviews are out.

Blu – Jesus (Produced by Madlib)

After recently sitting down with us at Hypetrak for a Q&A, Los Angeles emcce Blu drops off some visuals to the title track of his Jesus EP. Produced by Madlib, the video comes with the following side note, "Jesus does not appear in this video, but images of the lord are everywhere.
