Top model Candice Swanepoel was photographed by Terry Richardson for the latest issue of Vogue Japan for June 2012. A fun and sexy shoot with great vintage memorabilia making an appearance and adding the 80s flair of the shoot. This comes shortly after the New York photographer has already produced a shoot with the model for GQ UK. You can see that here.

After the first teaser video, Pharrell Williams today presents his vision behind the brand, which will produce new and existing music, film, television, apparel, tech and multimedia.

“The idea for i am OTHER really came from the fans. They often say I inspired them to think outside the box and I wanted to establish a creative collective which represents that same philosophy,” says Williams. “I believe individuality is the new wealth and I am dedicated to creating and supporting projects that encourage originality.” His manifesto about the OTHERS, people who defy expectations and stereotypes, can be found at iamOTHER.com

The programs on i am OTHER’s premium YouTube channel explore the pursuit of individuality, the defiance of expectations, and the arrival of a new class of visionaries. By celebrating creative pursuits of all kinds, the channel will showcase the architects of global culture, music, fashion, and the arts. Shows already lined up for the channel include the cult sensation Awkward Black Girl from filmmaker Issa Rae. The Stanford graduate created the scripted comedy to test her theory that “we’re all awkward.”

Converse announces the launch of the all-new Undefeated for Converse Jack Purcell Collection for Summer 2012 – the first time Undefeated has collaborated with Converse on the Jack Purcell shoe.

For the Summer 2012 Undefeated for Converse Jack Purcell collection, Undefeated made subtle design changes to the iconic shoe, beginning with the addition of stylishly simple red and navy racing stripes to their rubber rands to give the shoes a sporty, classic Converse look and feel. Undefeated leaves the signature Jack Purcell toe-smile intact and adds summery terrycloth to the lining and foot beds, and a subtle Undefeated branded heel pull-tab to the heel. The collection features three colors of the iconic silhouette with understated styling and just the right amount of Undefeated attitude.

The Undefeated for Converse Jack Purcell collection will be available in limited quantities, beginning on May 25, 2012 at Undefeated stores and select Converse First String retailers globally and will go for 55 USD.

Robert Leon and Carol Lim from Opening Ceremony continue to refresh the image of Parisian fashion house Kenzo. After the recent Vans collaboration, they now present their work with New Era. They produced a series of the classic 59Fifty fitted cap, featuring a bold version of the iconic Kenzo logo on the front panels in 3D embroidery.
