Nottz recently released this two-disc compilation mixtape featuring real DJs laying down real cuts (DJ Rhettmatic, happy belated born day brotha! and DJ I.N.C.). MCs include earce Villan (of Dyme Def), DMP, Marv Won, Skyzoo and more plus production by Mr. Porter, Kleph Dollaz, Kino Beatz, Numonics, Nottz and much more!

Used to be a title showing a capability to mix and scratch existing music to create a new sound (the equivalent of the digital match-up artists of today), but now anyone who has made a track line-up on a tape or burned CD has the same talent of the self-proclaimed narcissistic DJs of today who for some reason buy their material on LP even though all they’re doing is fading at the end of one track into the beginning of the next.

The Spanish production duo decide to take on a remix project for Wiz & Spitta’s Live In Concert EP with their own unique twist, layering drums and other nuances. The full remix project, titled Live en Concierto is expected to drop next week sometime.

Kanye West To Join Cast of Anchorman 2

Or so Hollywood.com is reporting. The report goes on to read that ‘Ye was spotted on a downtown rooftop in Atlanta with Paul Rudd and Christina Applegate. Whether or not this is simply a cameo or more than that has yet to be revealed. Other celebrities spotted who are rumored to appear in the Anchorman sequel are Amy Poehler, Tina Fey, Harrison Ford, Sacha Baron Cohen, Liam Neeson and Nicole Kidman. [Via]
