Stick Up! toy wave #3: The Skittles pack (Now Available)

Our popular Stick Up! figure is back for yet another wave. Unlike past releases this wave will include 5 different one off designs. Each unique figure in this new pack has its own one of a kind colorway unlike any other.

The five colors included are: Tropicana (orange), Lemon Head (yellow), Limon (green), Black Cherry (purple), and Booya Berry (blue). View them all below.

Each hand cast & hand painted resin figure stands at 8″ tall and has bendable limbs. They will be packaged in custom boxes including a Certificate of Authenticity, each signed and numbered.

The Nike Air Flight Condor has been released in a new colorway. The high top comes in a white/grey cement/red colorway, keeping its nice classic appeal. The sneaker is now available at Wish.

Mini G-Robot

G-Robot makes its come-back in the form of a 12-variant mini series.  Each figure stands almost 10cm (4 inches) tall, has 6-points of articulation and comes with a key-chain.

Designers involved with this series included:

Jukai, Remix Taipei, Revelator, Dacosta!, Marka27, Antz, Filter017, Phalanx, VinylPulse and adFunture Studio.

This Blind Boxed series comes in a display box of 20 blind boxes.

LITTLE TRICKERS ESCAPE

WARNING: Madness and mayhem to come as news leaks about the Little Trickers’ escape!

Created by Japanese designer, Touma, the gang of 16 tiny terrors known as Little Trickers Mini Vinyl Series 1, will be making their way around the globe, seriously affecting countless major cities. Experts are especially concerned about the United States, Europe and Asia, where the Little Trickers are expected to arrive in hordes, in late January 2010.

In the meantime, the public is advised to stay alert, and encouraged to capture as many as they can, to help ease the situation. “Don’t be alarmed if you spot sharp teeth barring at you. Profile shots have been released to aid the identification and capture of the mini monsters. Rest assured we will do our best to keep the situation under control.” Mr. Jacky Teo, Business Development & Marketing Director at Play Imaginative commented.

Asics Gel Lyte Speed Holiday 2009 Surface Pack

Asics will shortly release two exciting new interpretations of the Gel Lyte Speed, a trainer that was originally developed in 1989 in Japan, and that was launched in the USA and Europe in 1991. The Gel Lyte Speed is a lighter version of the flagship Gel Lyte III, and was designed specifically to meet the needs of experienced runners.

21 years on, Asics is now set to launch two new versions of this successful design called the Surface Pack. Inspired by the outdoors, both shoes feature things a runner is likely to come across when out and about. One of the models is grey to represent the color of the road, and has touches of red and white for a road-sign look and feel, while the other has a more off-the-beaten-track style, with green to represent grass, and a mud-splashed sole and lace design.

These two unique designs from the Japanese running company will be available from 1 December 2009 at selected retailers across Europe!

Supra Skytop II (2) / January 2010 Release Preview

In the current issue of Complex, the magazine has a feature on the newly released SupraSkytop II. The sneaker had already released in the limited “Gradient” and “Metallic Gold”colorways last month. Next month the sneaker will drop in a navy and gold colorway in aleather build and another in black suede with red accents. Look for the kicks to drop on the 15th of January.

Overkill x New Balance “Berlin Wall Pack” THE WALL

Hi Folks,

according to our SMU Release on 09/01/2010 we did a cooperation with the Berlin Art Project “Write the Wall”. Therefor berlin graffiti artists BOA, HOCUS & DURO256 painted a 20m long piece of the original berlin wall that was especaially rebuild for this art show.
As some people might remember the former berlin wall was completely painted during the cold war. At that time lots of artist expressed theire feelings and wishes to end this war on one of the biggest canvases ever seen.
Our aim was to bring back the spirit, even a little, to show what Berlin and Overkill is all about: reminiscence of a tubulent history, living today and make the best of now and rocking the future with style.

adidas Phantom II “Chicago”

Given that adidas is the official sponsor of the NBA, we sometimes see team logos on adidassneakers. To reintroduce the adidas Phantom II, the classic basketball sneaker has been styled in NBA team colors and logos. Among the teams chosen for the collection is theChicago Bulls, which has inspired this red colorway with the Bulls’ logo on the tongue. Apparently the sneakers are exclusive to Leaders 1354 in Chicago. Look for versions for the Lakers, Sixers, and Heat among others. We will keep you posted.
