Dee + Ricky x Pepsi Lego Pop Pins
Dee & Ricky have been commissioned by Pepsi and Epiphany to produce a limited-edition run of Pepsi-logo branded brooches. True to their style, the twin duo have once again flipped pop iconography and re-contextualized it into their unique language of LEGO mastery. The pins were made in a super-limited quantity, with the first batch being gifted to a select range of cultural influencers. A later retail release date will be announced in the near future.

Henrik Vibskov Graphic Works at Pool Gallery – Preview
This Friday the Henrik Vibskov Graphic Works exhibition will open at Pool Gallery Berlin.
Some might call Henrik Vibskov a jack-of-all-trades, and it is true that Vibskov shows his innovative fashion designs in Paris, exhibits his artwork at established institutions such as PS1, MoMA, the Palais de Tokio and MU, and makes musical collaborations with the likes of Anders Trentemøller and Mikael Simpson. However for Vibskov, these seemingly different creative realms are not separate – it is intrinsic to his philosophy that they blend together, resulting in an all-inclusive Henrik Vibskov experience.
Vibskov consciously chooses not to isolate his interests. A modern incarnation of German composer Richard Wagner’s mid-19th century concept of ‘Gesamtkunstwerk’ or ‘universal artwork’ – an idea that was central even to the Bauhaus movement – is carried on by Vibskov, dissolving the constraints of varying disciplines and allowing a unique art form to emerge.
In Henrik Vibskov: Graphic Works, Vibskov presents a selection of his two-dimensional pieces, exhibited alongside installation and knit-works. With colorful and organic shapes that seem like strange, animated beings, Vibskov’s minimalistic “form-language” and “anarchistic lines” offer a glimpse at his own imagined universe. His experience with design, textile and pattern certainly shines through, resulting in a collection of works that, in keeping with his philosophy, intertwines a diverse selection of creative fields.

Balmain is one of the brands that is being most talked about lately. Their new mens collection is looking good as well and here we present you now their collaboration with eyewear brand Oliver Peoples.
“Consistent with the 2010 Balmain collections, the bold, unisex styles reflect sleek, contemporary design elements and feature exaggerated teardrop lenses in a comfortable, face-fitting wrap. The Balmain I is a rock-n-roll-inspired, mixed-media style crafted with a smooth metal top bar fastened by four screws against the acetate-enclosed lenses to provide the illusion of a frame front. The temples include a flexible hinge that allows for greater bendable movement. This version will be available in solid black and a black/silver combination. First thing that we noticed was the addition of much more color to the collection, also we see some metallic fabrics, a signature of Stone Island. While designer Errolson Hugh’s signature is definitely apparent, mostly with all the technical details and hidden features, the collections looks more than ever before like a Stone Island line.

Tommy Hilfiger is pleased to announced the February 2010 exclusive launch of its limited-edition footwear capsule collection, created in collaboration with the Keith Haring Foundation and Artestar LLC, at colette in Paris, France. The capsule collection includes sneakers and rainboots for women and children, as well as sneakers for men and features artwork from the late artist.
