The Crazy Colors Collection by G-Shock returns for Spring 2010. The iconic DW-6900 model from G-Shock comes this season in 4 new colorways – acqua, red, silver and black, each also featuring contrasting backlights and other color accents.
In 2003 Trainerspotter reinvented the iconic 1980’s Windjammer jacket with a literal interpretation of sport meets fashion. By taking the silhouette of a staple piece of sportswear and then (de) constructing it by juxtaposing the lightweight waterproof nylon against floral Liberty print fabric they created a true sports fashion garment.
The jackets were an immediate success in the UK and Japan, with a high demand they sold out quickly and were repeated in small limited runs over the season.
For spring summer 2010 Trainerspotter have been asked to revisit this project by Liberty of London and produce 3 new Trainerspotter x Liberty Jammers.
The result is three luxe versions of the 2003 originals. Made in England from floral Liberty prints with British Millerain wax cotton, Nickel Swiss RiRi zippers, Worsted Wool rib cuffs and cotton cambric lining, each style of limited numbered editions and can be found exclusively at Liberty of London.
NEXUSVII® has released their new Fake Suede Down Vest as part of their Spring/Summer 2010 Collection. Made of polyester, the vest also features some nice leather details on t he pockets and comes in two colorways this season. It is filled with 140g of feather, has some nice piping details, as well as the NEXUSVII® crest logo on the lining and back. After recently showing you the black colorway, we present you the white colorway of the studded ato Cow Hide Boot today. The sneaker comes in a white leather colorway with different kind of studs placed all over the upper. The sneaker is now available at Rowgage.
After previously showing you some select styles from the Gourmet Spring 2010 Collection, we preview today the complete collection. Next to new colorways and materials on existing footwear silhouettes, Gourmet introduces some new styles as well, including a new low top sneaker and a new high top deck boot.
Last Friday the new exhibition by Danish fashion designer Henrik Vibskov opened at Pool Gallery in Berlin. We previewed some works on display here. The opening was a raging success and drew a huge crowd in Berlin. The fashion designer and artist showcased lots of different pieces, using both paint, wood and more on various surfaces.
We already get a good look at the Surface 2 Air Fall/Winter 2010 Collection. The Parisian brand presents a very classic collection next season, with mostly subtle colors and timeless pieces.
Some first styles from the Penfield SS’10 Collection have landed at Starcow. 2010 marks the Massachusetts-originating label’s 35th anniversary, and as such certain ‘heritage’ (hate to use that term) styles have been brought back with appropriate branding. Great casual-outdoorsy looks as usual. Stay tuned for more.

Participating artists include: Angela Boatwright, Kenneth Cappello, Reggie Casagrande, Josh Cheuse, Atiba Jefferson, Tyrone Lebon, Ari Marcopoulos, Juan Puente, Peter Sutherland and Rip Zinger.
