On February 24th Fabrik Contemporary Art in Hong Kong will open the ehibition “The Great British Show”, consisting of works by Damien Hirst, Banksy, Francis Bacon and Gilbert & George.
Today we can give you a first preview of the works that will be on display at the show from later this week.
Martin Margiela once again manages to draw some attention with his new paint sneakers. The low top German army inspired sneaker comes in beige with white paint poured over it. What we love about it, is the consequence in the execution. The sneaker is now available at Aloha Rag.
Medicom worked with Japanese artist Tomakazu Matsuyama on a Bearbrick Set. The set consists of a 400% and a 100% Bearbrick and they both come with an interesting all-over design. The release date is set for March 10th.
Untold has worked with snow/skate-store Chickennot on a 3L shell jacket. The jacket comes in numerous colorways and features an all-over polka dot design with a large dot pattern. The jacket will be released in the coming weeks.

For 10 Corso Como and Liberty of London, artist Kris Ruhs created a new “floreal” print drawing inspiration from both the Liberty of London and the 10 Corso Como designs. For men, the collection consists of button-ups, bucket hats, tote bags, ties and pocket squares. Available in four colors – yellow, pink, off-white and black. Now available here.
Nike has combined forces with Aston Martin for a special edition Nike Hyperdunk Kobe Bryant edition. This shoe features premium leathers and the Aston Martin logo on the tongue. Scheduled to hit stores this Spring in a limited run of 500. Osneaker has a sample pair on hand now.

Overall the collection consists of three different silos – a 7 Inch Lace-Up Boot, an 8 Inch Side Zip Plain Toe Boot, and a Leather Fabric Boat Chukka – each offered in either brown or black. The “beefy” Boat Chukkas above stand out as our choice pick. Look for these to hit retail for Fall ‘10.
