Inspired by many things British, Andrew Bunney’s eponymous accessories brand Bunney creates a special St. Valentine’s Day special for colette. The lock’s premise is based in the various locks seen across the bridges of Paris which represent a modern tradition of lovers. A high polish finish with the French phrase “Je t’aime” is hand engraved on the back of the “Old English” style lock. Look for the lock exclusively at colette.
EDWIN and designer Yohji Yamamoto combine their efforts in the launch of a new co-branded line known as “Yohji JEANS.” Sourcing the history and expertise of EDWIN with the progressive approach to design of one of Japan’s longest standing designers, the collection’s starting point, “Naked,” will emphasis the purity and simplicity in a wardrobe. An initial launch begins June 2012.

With much interest surrounding the triumphant return of Honda’s NSX supercar, the Japanese automaker puts together a seven minute long tribute to both past and present. While the car was in some ways under-powered upon its original release, Honda’s F1 experience was pinnacle in offering a great driving experience. The video highlights several aspects of the previous model as well as the NSX-R, 24 Heures de Le Mans version, some footage of the new model in the video game GT5 and of course the proposed 2015 NSX. Upon its release, the NSX is rumored to feature a 400 hp and a Sports Hybird SH-AWD powertrain.
There’s no doubt that you have seen your fair share of news pertaining to the Cole Haan LunarGrand Wingtip, but for good reason: it’s a very interesting piece of footwear, whether you like them or not. This time around, we present to you a few more colors that were not shown in our previous post in regards to these shoes. We recall in December or 2010 when Nike Sportswear’s Jarrett Reynolds wore a saddle shoe that featured a lunar outsole, so it was no surprise seeing the popular sole unit make its way onto a dressier style of shoe. Before Supra started nicknaming every trio of themed sneaker designs they released last summer, there was another massively popular skate brand that utilized this technique. In that way as well as the designs and colors being utilized, the Vans Classics ‘Two Tone’ Pack hearkens to the past, and there’s even the tiniest bit of Magic in these vaguely Orlando-like releases for this NBA All-Star month. In describing the most recent adidas Originals ZX 8000 release, we noted that they looked more like the Air Jordan VIII ‘Aqua’ than their own OG colorway with that same nickname. This latest release swings the pendulum back in the opposite direction, opting to vary from the original Eight Thousands by switching up the blocking pattern and trading blue for Super Green. As part of their new Spring/Summer 2012 Collection Junya Watanabe Comme des Garcons MAN once again worked together with Levi’s. This season they present the 1966 JWXX denim. While staying true to the Junya style of playing with patchwork patterns and fabrics, cotton canvas, corduroy and leather were used this season. Haven already has them in stock.

This past week Nike has added the SFB Boots, the Special Field Boots, to their iD program. Keeping the choice minimal, allows you to create your own version of the boot, while not going too wild.
