“Quick Ain’t Fair,” unveiled online today by adidas Basketball, is the new promotional clip for the adidas Crazyquick basketball shoe, but it may as well be a showcase for the up and coming stars of the NBA: John Wall of the Washington Wizards (recently defected from Reebok), Jrue Holiday of the Philadelphia 76ers, and Rookie of the Year recipient Damian Lillard of the Portland Trailblazers. All three shoot hoops inside a building-sized pair of Crazyquicks, showing off their preternatural speed while A$AP Rocky acts as narrator. A spectacular 360-degree dunk by John Wall closes out the action, followed by Rocky throwing up his hands as he delivers the tag line: “Quick ain’t fair.” Look for the clip to start airing on TV May 1st, coinciding with the retail launch of the adidas Crazyquick.
