A Bathing Ape has unveiled an image of their CROCODILE PATTERN MANHUNT BOOTS as part of its seasonal array of footwear. Presented with a textured brown pattern, the mid-cut boot has dashes of a Clarks Wallabees-influence minus the signature gum sole bottom. Instead, a rugged and durable white sole is in place along with tonal laces. Expect to the see the latest from BAPE available in an array of colors in the coming weeks.
China will be one of the main growing markets for Japanese brand Bape, just like for most other fashion brands as well. This month they have a special treat for their customers in China, their Shanghai and Beijing stores specifically. Of course the stores, just like all others around the globe, have their own camouflage color and are getting Bape head t-shirts, Bape Sta sneakers and iPhone stickers in their respective camo colors.
A release of the special products is scheduled in both stores for May 26th, 2012.

Bape released this week the 1st Camo Quick Sta. The brand releases lots of items with their most iconic pattern these last seasons and we appreciate that. The Quick Sta low top sneaker basically combines the adidas Super Star with velcro strap closing. It comes in two colors and is now available in stores.

The latest brand to collaborate with ONE PIECE is A Bathing Ape, who is set to launch the ONE PIECE by A Bathing Ape collection next weekend. A complete collection of t-shirts will be available in men’s and kids sizes, with designs designated to BAPEXCLUSIVE, PIRATE STORES, and BAPE STORES. The Ace Flag Mark T-Shirt is an exclusive item for the BAPEXCLUSIVE store, while the Monogram, Luffy, Zoro, and Chopper T-shirts will be exclusive at the PIRATE STORES. Products will drop at BAPEXCLUSIVE and BAPE STORES on Saturday, May 26th, and PIRATE STORES releases are available from Saturday, June 2nd.

A Bathing Ape has been busy on our pages with the release of their furniture line, the special releases coinciding with their new partnership with ZOZOTOWN, and their latest apparel line-up, that its almost easy to forget that the brand was once most widely known for its work on the BAPE STA. Back for Spring 2012, the brand seems to be taking a look back into the heyday of their signature Nike Air Force 1-based silhouette with an array of color strewn across four new models, each built with a combination of patent and metallic leather atop white midsoles. These are bold plays for the brand to offer, but if you are going out with the intent to attract attention, you’ll want a pair of these BAPE STA’s strapped to your feet.
