OBEY x Jason Jessee Spring/Summer 2010 Capsule

OBEY x Jason Jessee

“Do it yourself” is the style and theme of the collaboration between skateboard legend Jason Jessee and clothing label Obey.

Experience and explore the reality of Jason made us discover his ability to transform insignificant objects into something unique and intriguing. The inspiration comes from Jason’s past, from the days when the work was mostly manual. See how pieces of handmade leather, metal sculptures and giant slabs of wood alongside skateboards, bikes and guns makes us understand how Jason is able to perfectly combine the past and present.

The collection consists of a shirt, a beanie, three photographic print tees as well as decks, tees and prints featuring a new Obey image based on a photograph of Jesse. Now available here.
