The old “Where are you Yeezy?” is a question pretty much nobody is asking at the moment, as his current trip to London with newfound fling Kim Kardashian has been buzzing on the blogs since they landed across the pond. Of course his outfits have people talking as usual as well, and while certain elements remain a constant (the all black look, those waxed jeans again) his sneaker game has been switching up, most notably with the Nike Air Flight ’89 earlier this week. This time around he takes it back to a classic, one of those models we’ll always associate with ‘Ye no matter how many high fashion collabos or personal Nike models he gets: the black version of the Air Jordan VI ‘Infrared’. Kanye West To Debut New Short Film ‘Cruel Summer’ in Cannes
Today finally more information has released about the drop of the new Kanye West short film, that we announced a couple of weeks ago. Entitled ‘Cruel Summer’, Kanye West will be premiering the film during the Cannes Film Festival, but out of competition. Actually there will be several public viewings of the film after the world premiere, for which you can RSVP here now.
According to the Cruel Summer website it will be a 7 screen installation, a mix of an art installation and a short film. The screenings take place May 24-25th. We cannot wait to see more and will of course keep you in the loop.

Kanye West Announces a “Cruel Summer”
Kanye West brings forth details on two of his highly anticipated and much speculated projects, and as it turns out, both are linked to one another. In a press release, Yeezy has revealed that his upcoming G.O.O.D. Music compilation will be titled Cruel Summer. The piece will be accompanied by a film which is inspired by the group album. The visual companion is scheduled to debut May 23 in Cannes and will be presented by West and his DONDA collective (it's alive!) and will be an "out of competition" film. The press release for the film promises "a fusion of short film and art installation" and an "immersive seven-screen experience." Following its premiere showing, the film and art installation will remain open to the public for two days.

Nike Air Yeezy 2 ‘Solar Red’ – On-Feet
Updates regarding the Air Yeezy 2 release always seem to report a change, but just yesterday, Sneaker News provided you with a simple reminder that Air Yeezy 2 launch is still on schedule for June 9th in Australia. Production numbers are very limited (the entire continent of Australia is getting just 60 pairs total) so you can guess just how crazy the release will be (Nike’s nixing of camp-outs and midnight releases should definitely soothe the tension). While we’ve yet to see detailed images of the Black/Solar Red colorway straight from Nike, these continue to be spotted on the feet of some of Kanye’s and Nike’s VVIP (the extra V is intended); here we get a close-up On-Feet look at the Black/Solar Red joints from Jerry Lorenzo and you can clearly see the amount of detail that was packed into this sensitive project. Fresh Celeb: Jay-Z – Nike Air Yeezy 2 “Wolf Grey”
With a giant American flag as the backdrop, Jay-Z looked mighty presidential in front of the Philadelphia Museum of Art earlier today. Together with Mayor Michael Nutter, the hip-hop mogul announced his latest initiative, the Budweiser Made in America music festival. To take place over Labor Day weekend this September at the City of Brotherly Love, Jay-Z will curate the line-up of talents to appear, including Kanye West himself. Kanye West – Lost in the World (Tiësto Remix)
The track may not be the newest, but what we do have is a fresh remix courtesy of DJ Tiësto, who premiered it just earlier during his Club Life podcast. "Lost in the World" appeared on Kanye's My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy album, as the single featured assistance from Justin Vernon and words from Gil Scott-Heron.
