Lana Del Rey – Video Games (Live on American Idol & Echo Awards Germany)

Although her breakthrough tune "Blue Jeans" has been graced with an artistic all new video earlier this week, Lana Del Rey chose to offer a live rendition of "Video Games" last night's finale of American Idol. Due to her attendance at the Echo Awards in Germany, the performance was pre-taped in front of a live studio audience last week. Watch both gigs above.

Lana Del Rey – Blue Jeans

Lana Del Rey has released a new video for her debut single “Blue Jeans.” Continuing the ‘fallen 1920′s Hollywood starlet’ motif, the artistically shot, black-and-white video displays the singer in a pool with alligators while swimming to her love interest, which is portrayed by Bradley Soileau who also appeared in “Born to Die.” The video is one third of a trilogy of songs that she penned about a previous relationship, making it a prequel to the “Born To Die” clip.

Lana Del Rey & Jay-Z – Diet Mountain Dew (Urban Noize Remix)

Known for blending vocals of the biggest names in music industry, Urban Noize has created another clash of creative forces with "Diet Mountain Dew." As the title indicates, the brotherly production duo renders Ms. Del Rey's Born to Die cut by throwing in Jay-Z's lyrics for the remix to Mya's record "Best Of Me." This version coincides with the arrival of the new video for Lana's "Blue Jeans." Hypetrak Premiere.

Honoring the official release of the tune, Lana Del Rey has debuted a new music video for her breakthrough single "Blue Jeans." Usually demure and enigmatic, Ms. Del Rey is flaunting her figure in a white one-piece bathing suit this sensual black-and-white clip, which shows the songstress and her love interest, played by Bradley Soileau, in a pool filled with alligators. "Blue Jeans” is one third of a trilogy of songs that she penned about a previous relationship, making it a prequel to the “Born To Die” clip. Born to Die is out now.

Today we present to you a new mixtape by Terry Urban, bringing together the tunes of Lana Del Rey and Notorious B.I.G., a mash up of the past and the present. Here is what Urban had to say about the mixtape.

“Hello everyone, Im gonna get right to it… In honor of Biggie’s passing 15 years ago on March 9, 1997, I wanted to do a special project. Mick Boogie and I honored the anniversary of his passing with a special project called Unbelievable, which was hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs and exceded 500k downloads online. But to pay tribute this time, I wanted to do something different. Merge music styles. Bridge audiences together in new ways. So I proudly present to you along with the homies from Dope Couture… Lana Del Rey and Notorious Big… Born Ready To Die. The music from Lana’s Born To Die and the lyrics from Biggie’s Ready To Die… still timeless after all these years. It’s a perfect marriage… dark and mysterious… soulful and gritty. Lana told Vogue Magazine that Biggie was one of her biggest musical influences… and now… he is her musical collaborator. I present to you… Born Ready To Die.”
