As we get closer to the release of The Hundreds x Supermax Collection release, we present you today the Lucky Luciano video interview. The founder of the LA streetwear label of the early 90’s got together at the time with Mr. Cartoon, who translated his vision into mostly t-shirt graphics. Following initial previews, here’s a full look into the Hundreds x Supermax collaborative collection that includes a range of tees, sweats, and a coaches jacket, based on original artwork from the OG streetwear brand. “In 1991, the Supermax boutique brought LA’s hardcore swap meet style to Melrose Ave, in the heart of Hollywood, and quickly became a hub for street/hip-hop fashion. The store’s founder, Lucky Luciano, teamed up with Mr. Cartoon and Estevan Oriol, to release an in-house clothing by the same name. The graphics were all illustrated by hand by Mr. Cartoon, based on Lucky’s lifestyle and concepts. Nearly two decades later, we dusted off the original film, added a few touches, and Supermax, a true pioneer of LA street style, is back in full effect.” Available this Thursday at THLA and THSF.

Dee & Ricky continue their LEGO creations with a new interchangeable ring, produced in collaboration with Max & Maggie. The ring is made from Sterling Silver and includes several interchangeable LEGO pieces, including a sunflower, cactus, and scorpion with a faux diamond. They are now available at the Barneys New York online store.
The Hundreds slowly start to unveal their latest collaborative project, this time with Supermax. For the occasion they produced a lookbook style shoot and the Storytelling video, featuring Danny Boy O’Connor, DJ Muggs (Cypress Hill), Paulo Tocha, Joey Castillo (Queens of the Stone Age), Everlast (House of Pain/La Coka Nostra), Polo and actor Scott Caan. A second colorway of the Nike Air Max 90 Current Moire has released for Spring 2010. The running sneaker comes with a grey upper, purple accents and yellow stitching printed on the seamless upper. The sneaker is now available at Shelter.
Only yesterday we gave you a better preview of one of the most anticipated sneaker releases of the year – the Parra x Nike Air Max 1 Tier Zero. Today we can show you some more detailed images of the sneaker, which will officially release at Patta in Amsterdam on March 13th.
Some great new Nike Sportswear sneakers are about to drop and today we can give you an extensive preview of what’s to come. The Air 180 ND comes in two fantastic colorways. Also the Air Mariah OG ND returns in its original outfit, next to the new Lunar Mariah ND. The Blazer Vintage returns in stone grey and in black. Furthermore the Air Max Light is coming in USA and Holland colorways, in time for the Worldcup. Finally the Dunk Hi ‘08 also comes in some classic yet new material combinations. Finding a track jacket that looks as good on the street as it does in the gym is a tough feat, but Nike’s made it easier with its new line of N98 Jackets ($75 and up). Consisting of the National N98 Track Jacket, Laminated N98 Track Jacket, and NSW Collection N98 Track Jacket, this new collection updates some of Nike’s classic designs with modern details like dri-fit technology, waterproof and windproof breathable Gore-Tex composite materials, laser-bonded seams, reflective piping, flat-knit ribbing, double-welded zippers, athletic fitting, and double-knitting for maximum comfort.
Just in time for the 30th anniversary of The Empire Strikes Back comes this re-imagining of one of the Star Wars saga’s most awesome vehicles. The new Hasbro Star Wars AT-AT ($100) is a behemoth toy worthy of the All Terrain Armored Transport name, measuring in at over two feet tall, nearly 28 inches long, and 12 inches wide, with room inside for up to 20 action figures, LED lights, authentic movie sounds and phrases, projectile-firing cannons, a deployable speeder bike, a retractable zip-line to recreate Luke’s dramatic rise, articulated legs for maximum poseability, an included 3.75-inch AT-AT driver action figure, and tons of other details that make this the AT-AT toy to have.
Finally we get a clean look at the upcoming Parra x Nike Air Max 1. The burgundy sneaker comes with a mix of mesh and suede on the upper and the accents are of course set in Parra signature colors. The Parra logo appears on the tongue. The sneaker matches the Parra jackets that were released last year. The sneaker will drop on March 13th at Patta.
