Another strong colorway from the New Balance M1300 Made in USA has launched this week. Coming in a grey/navy-red colorway, the running shoe features a premium leather and mesh upper. Overall a refreshing look for the summer months, the New Balance M1300GGO is now available from Concepts for 160 USD.

The New Balance 1300 appears to be unlike the 996 in following up on a trip to the warm side of the color wheel with a variety of vibrant releases. Instead, we’ve seen new 1300s on the other side of the orange spring 2013 release head back in the more traditional direction, though these do offer a bit of novelty. Placing a steely blue atop a dark navy mesh base is roughly the opposite of how we’ve come to expect a more muted mesh relative the nubuck sections in recent years. This also happens to be a relationship successfully implemented by one of last year’s 996s, so there are plenty of things to think about as you examine the images below. The most important is, of course, availability, and these are up for pre-order now in advance of a mid-April ship date from Up There.

The New Balance 1300 continues to satisfy with new suede and mesh creations Made in the USA. This latest drop is blocked similarly to the ‘Day Tripper’ edition that released around the turn of the year, but stands out from just about every other M1300 on record thanks to the use of a bold coppery orange color on the upper. Yellow accents further the sunny vibes and have these positioned along the recent 996 trio as some uncharacteristically vibrant general releases permeate the NB SP13 catalog. New Balance has dropped another great colourway of its 1300 silhouette for this year’s Spring/Summer season. The Made in USA sneaker features a striking orange nubuck upper, the distinctive N logo with tonal yellow boarder, as well as yellow heel tabs and finished off with a white ENCAP cushioned midsole. They are now available at Up There.

It seems like more New Balance previews are surfacing with each passing day in 2013, and today’s helping is a smorgasbord on display at Bread and Butter Berlin. We see both previously spotlighted models and brand new revelations in this selection, so let’s start with the ones we know by name. Both of the raincoat-inspired New Balance 577 ‘Rain Mac’ colorways are joined by three prototypically subdued brethren, and from there it’s all new stuff. Releasing in deliberately paced new colorways since Kith brought the beloved ‘Steel Blue’ edition stateside last spring, the New Balance 1300 has packed a wallop with each and every release. This latest design is right up there with the ‘Grape’ and Ronnie Fieg’s ‘Salmon Toe’ when it comes to colorups that’ll make fans of suede and mesh swoon: an orange and yellow ‘Made in USA’ sunburst with select red hits. We recently gave you an exclusive first look at a couple of Spring/Summer 2013 New Balance 1300s as part of an editorial, and it looks like one of the pairs from that shoot has surfaced at retail. The Made in USA 1300ER is New Balance at its finest making use of premium materials and familiar colors with grey and blue. The nubuck and mesh sneakers also feature some red accents for one final touch.

New Balance’s Fall/Winter 2012 Made in USA sneakers are starting to filter into retailers and here is a nice look at a 996 and two 1300s. The 996 comes in a very rich red suede with matching soft mesh nylon and silver accents and it’s looking like one of the best sneakers from NB this year. The 1300s are also looking quite fresh as you can clearly see from the photos above.
