“Duckman” Air Jordan IV PE

What is the best University of Oregon flavored Air Jordan PE out there? Did the line-up reach its peak with the likes of the Air Jordan III duo, or do these Ducky Air Jordan IVs beat them out? The pair shown has picked up the nickname of the Air Jordan IV “Duckman”, one just might be offensive to UO purists given that the actual name of their mascot (Puddles) was seemingly forgotten in the naming process. Continue reading for extra angles on the “Duckman” Air Jordan IV PE as seen on Flipjay’s table at Sneaker Con Chicago, and stay tuned for more looks at some rare sneaker PEs and samples!

Nike KD V “La Lumiere” PE

It’s playoffs time, which means that Kevin Durant has little use for the standard version of the Nike KD V anymore, having switched into Elite mode. That doesn’t mean that there aren’t new version of the sneaker still lurking around out there, as evidenced by this player exclusive pair for the highschool squad of the La Lumiere Lakers. Once again the gradient midsole look is teased out, one that seems less and less likely at retail with every passing PE. Continue reading for more angles on the Nike KD V “La Lumiere” version and tell us what you think in the comments.

Under Armour UA Spine “Miami Hurricanes” PE for The Rock

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson made the transition from sports entertainment icon to action film superstar look rather easily, hasn’t he? We can attribute his hardcore devotion to fitness as one of the primary reasons why he’s constantly hand-picked to play lead roles in action-packed films, but before he was taking down criminals or laying smackdowns on jabronis, he was making hits on the field for “The U” aka the University of Miami. Under Armour recently presented this sick PE of the UA Spine BB to The Rock, using the signature Hurricanes colorway of green, orange, and white and featuring Johnson’s 94 jersey number on the tongue. To smell more what UA was cooking, check below!

The NBA Playoffs finally moved onto the 2nd round of play, but that didn’t mean some nail-biters were presented to us in the closing games of the first round. The Bulls and Nets went to 7 games, while the Knicks almost squandered a large lead before regrouping and putting away the Celtics to move onto the second round. In the second round, Kevin Durant willed the Thunder to a victory over the Grizzlies, while the Pacers kept the Knicks in check by taking Game 1 of the their match-up in the second round. Plenty of kicks to see below, so check out NBA Feet and stay tuned for more coverage!

Air Jordan XIV Low – Mike Bibby “Kings” Home PE

air jordan xiv low mike bibby kings home pe Air Jordan XIV Low Mike Bibby Kings Home PE

The various Air Jordan XIV player exclusives floating around out there have had personal hits show up on a couple different sections of the sneaker. We’ve seen embroidered numbers up near the ankle and in the middle of the tongue, and we’ve also seen personalized logos for the top of the tongue. That detail points to the originally intended owner of these Air Jordan XIV Lows: Mike Bibby. The pair looks to be a relic from his Sacramento Kings days, although an exact production year is unknown thanks to the obscured inner tag. Get more on this Air Jordan XIV Low for Bibby below and then buy them from pmj_aka_heatbeast on eBay.

Air Jordan IV “Marquette” PE

air jordan iv marquette pe Air Jordan IV Marquette PE

The Air Jordan IV “Marquette” is the latest of player exclusive pairs to hit for Jordan Brand’s NCAA schools. Following up on the Air Jordan IV “Oregon” designs, which were actually given to the football team at that Nike embroiled university, the “UNC” pair perhaps made a bit more sense. Furthering rewarding Team Jordan’s athletes on the collegiate level are these, which don’t have quite as many school emblems from what we can see, but still do justice to the Golden Eagles what with the special colorway. The same design may or may not have also been doled out to Cal players, which would explain the distinct lack of logos. See more on the Air Jordan IV “Marquette” PE after the jump and tell us where they rank in terms of college retros.

Nike KD V “St. Benedict’s Prep” PE

A couple of weeks ago we gave you a look at some teaser shots of a PE colorway of the Nike KD V made for St. Benedict’s Prep – one of the top High School-level squads in the nation. Featuring a maroon/grey colorway to match the school’s uniforms, this PE features the Gray Bees team mascot logo on the ankle point on the upper, with a maroon/grey gradient on the midsole hit with white speckles across from toe to heel. A release is unlikely considering the actual game already went down last month (and the KD line has graduated to the Elite ranks already), so check out a full shot below and let us know what you think of the colorway.

Nike Hyperposite “Area 72″ PE

Although there was a released version of the Nike Air Max Hyperposite “Area 72″, there’s no doubt that the PE made for Western Conference All-Star LaMarcus Aldridge was far better! The dark upper exudes that deep space landscape with hints of the Area 72 graphics lining the collar of the shoe, with a sick planet-surface style of Swoosh detailing on the heel and toe. These are definitely one of the highlights of the 2013 All-Star Game footwear, so check out an additional shot of the shoes and LaMarcus wearing them in-game, and let us know if you think more Hyperposite colorways should hit stores.
