Cris Cab featuring Wyclef & Mavado – Rihanna’s Gun

One month after Cris Cab debuted “Rihanna’s Gun” he now follows on with a visual interpretation featuring a montage of live footage and time spent in the studio with Wyclef and Mavado, who also feature on the track. “Rihanna’s Gun” features on Pharrell’s latest protégé’s Echo Boom mixtape, which is available now to download.

Pharrell says he and Jay-Z are “working on something crazy”

Watch The Throne part 2, a secret project with Questlove, and now something crazy with Pharrell — and oh yeah, we forgot to mention that he's obviously busy enjoying being a father. So what else could Jay-Z possibly fit in for 2012? As aforementioned, Pharrell recently revealed to MTV that he and Jigga are "working on something crazy." He couldn't go any further into detail, but in short — we're pretty stoked. Stay tuned for more.

[Photos] A$AP Rocky & Pharrell in the Studio

Yesterday while most of the music world’s attention was focused on the Grammy awards, Jahrue of IMF Mag was in the studio with Pharrell and A$AP Rocky. The duo were working a few things, while nothing substantial has been confirmed, Jahrue did say that “Rocky was blessed with few joints and a verse.” All I have to say is bump the Grammys, I wish I was here, and that these tracks will be fire where ever they pop up. Check out the complete set of photos on our tumblr.

A$AP Rocky & Pharrell hit the studio

Jay and Kanye weren't the only ones absent from the always-hyped Grammy weekend, as the young Harlem cat A$AP Rocky was present in Miami, Florida where he hit the studio with veteran Pharrell to whip up some sweet magic. No solid details have been revealed at this time, but we should expect Rocky over some Pharrell production as well as a tag-team track with vocals from P. In short, this should be good. Stay tuned for more info. Images courtesy of Jahrue.

Apparatjik featuring Pharrell – Do It Myself

In 2008, Guy Berryman from Coldplay, Magne Furuholmen from Norwegian pop band A-ha, Jonas Bjerre of Danish alternative band Mew and renowned producer Martin Terefe came together and began making music. They decided to call their supergroup Apparatjik, which stands for "agent of apparatus." They released their debut album in 2010 to critical acclaim, and returned last year with an interesting release plan for their follow-up. Their second LP, Square Peg In A Round Hole, was initially released in November, but a second edition followed in December and the final version will be available on February 21. One of the songs on it is called "Do It Myself," and it features none other than acclaimed jack of all trades, Pharrell Williams. The electro-infused track tends toward the alternative sphere, and Williams' half-singing, half-rapping jumbles up the genres even more. Check it out below.

Pharrell & HMI Orchestra: “I Am Other” Theme

Pharrell & HMI Orchestra: “I Am Other” Theme

Between a plethora of creative projects and visits around the world, Pharrell manages to step back into his primary domain of music. Partnering with the University of Miami Frost School of Music and the Henry Mancini Institute Orchestra, Williams works his musical magic over a “mixed-genre orchestral work—which features soft and ethereal atmospheres contrasted with fortissimo brass themes and driving rhythms—to explore a different side of his musical creativity, and to encourage his hip-hop fan base to expand their musical horizons.”
