VANS Vault Cuerpo LX

VANS only needs to mention that it has reached back into their vault and sneakerheads will be clamoring to see what classic sneaker of yesterday will receive a modern makeover. Here’s another case-in-point: the Cuerpo LX dressed up in a pebbled leather upper in both a black or brown colorway.  This textured version of the Cuerpo maintains the heel loop we expect on the back end in a contrasting colorway that matches the leather stitching detail on the midsole. Matching laces and a rubber sole complete the look. Present (storeguide) adds another boot to their made to order collection with Tricker’s. In time for summer, they present the white aniline upper boot with good year welt Vibram Moreflex sole unit. The boots are finished with white cotton pull tabs, silver metal eyelets and yellow and brown laces.

DKE Toys and adFunture present the Custom Yoka Show

adFunture provided their 3″ blank Yoka bear vinyl figures and DKE Toys co-founders Dov Kelemer and Sarah Jo Marks found over 200 artists to participate in the Custom Yoka Show.  Featuring work from 19 countries the show turns the quirky little panda into everything from a dirty thug to a sweet snail in this tremendous exhibition.  Each original piece ranges from $25 to $600 and will be available for purchase at the start of the show Saturday morning.
