Today we get a first preview of an upcoming collaboration between French artist Fafi and Swiss watch brand Swatch. The black colorway, seen here above, features one of her signature characters. The watch looks great and we cannot wait to see the full collection.

Swatch Gents Originals 'Olympic Games' Watch Collection

Swiss fashion watch maker Swatch kicks off the new year with a pair of sports-inspired Gent Originals, the Olympic Games Collection – London 2012. Created with one eye on fashion and the other on the upcoming London 2012 Olympic Games, these merge pro-sport aesthetics and classic London design. The designers have given a nod both to British fashion’s mod heritage and the London 2012 Olympic Games logo by means of a two-toned palette.

Lively decorated with inspiration from the iconic Mind Dynasty’s blue-white porcelain, Swatch celebrates the upcoming Chinese New Year (January 23rd, 2012) with this limited edition Year of the Dragon timepiece. Elaborate art of a blue dragon dashing across the white sky, its also symbolic of water, this new year’s elemental. On the dial face, the Chinese character for “dragon” written in abstract block form, on an all-white backdrop. Part of the Originals Gent series, the Year of the Dragon watch is now available at all retail locations and online store.

Featuring an intricate and graceful Chinese dragon drawn in blue on the white of the silicone strap, it draws inspiration from classic Chinese-style blue and white porcelain. Jeremyville Celebrates Kidrobot For Swatch In Milano

Last week, the one and only Jeremyville rolled through Milano to celebrate Kidrobot for Swatch. Art and watch lovers flocked to meet the Australian born, NYC based artist as he sketched and signed for fans, while he customized a 20-inch version of his Swatch Dunny design, The So Far Away.

Jeremyville will be joining MAD and Frank Kozik this Friday, September 16 for the New York launch party of this monumental collaboration.

Time For Toys At Sixxa Store

The Vienna vinyl hustlers at Sixxa Store recently launched Kidrobot for Swatch in there hip little shop with a collaborative collection of Dunnys and Swatches on exhibit. Time For Toys combines over 40 Gents and various sizes of Dunnys with common characteristics including color, style and theme. This creative and colorful juxtapozition will be on view for the next couple weeks but if your in the area we recommend to go check it out tomorrow during the Joe Ledbetter signing.
