You’ve seen high-end designers knock off the unique Phoenix model time and again, so it shouldn’t surprise you that The Hundreds is presenting four new looks of the popular model for the spring season. The Hundreds’ Spring 2013 eyewear collection is available now at their flagship locations and at select authorized stockists, as well as through the brand’s online shop.

The Hundreds x Grateful Dead Collection Lookbook | Featuring Jillionaire

Take a heap of references from the 1960s counter culture movement, along with a love of good music, a sense of community and belonging, then infused all that with a hint of psychedelia. What you get is this – The Hundreds x Grateful Dead Collection. Ahead of its launch tomorrow, on the symbolic April 20th, and photographer Rick Rodney enlisted assistance from Chris, aka Jillionaire of Major Lazer, to model some of the collection’s key pieces. In the meantime, the exclusive collection will be available at all The Hundreds retail locations in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York tomorrow. Working in conjunction with TRUE Clothing, the collection will also be available within a special 4/20 Pop-Up Store on 1429 Haight Street at the heart of San Francisco.

Release Date: April 20th, 2013 (Tomorrow!)

MEGGS Interview by The Hundreds | Video While MEGGS was in Los Angeles completing various works for his solo exhibition at Thinkspace gallery, Bobby and The Hundreds crew dropped by to do a short interview with the Australian contemporary artist. Although, a picture might be worth a thousand words, it is always insightful to hear the concepts and meanings behind the works from the artist themselves. MEGGS evolved from a street artist into a fine artist, and he has elevated his game again in this exhibition. If you have yet to see the exhibition, make sure to watch the video interview below as a prelude to seeing the artworks in real life.

Jon Hundreds Sneaker Collection

The Hundreds blogger Rob Heppler gives us a peek into the jaw-dropping sneaker collection of Jon Hundreds, founder of the Archwood brand and little brother to Ben Hundreds. Jon’s massive collection, made up of 2,000 pairs dominated mostly by Nike and Jordan Brand, takes up entire rooms of his house (plus hallways and closets). There are walls dedicated to Nike Foamposites, Nike Air Max 90s and vintage Nike SBs, as well as numerous Kobes and Supreme x Nike SB collaborations. The Hundreds Spring 2013 Footwear Collection | Delivery 2

Delivery 2 of The Hundreds‘ Spring 2013 footwear collection is in full bloom, projecting the brand’s twin themes of rebirth and rejuvenation through flora-inspired designs using camo patterns and olive colorways. The silhouettes take the form of the Johnson Low and Johnson Mid, each carrying a canvas upper finished in varying shades of olive green, as well as the Valenzuela Low and Valenzuela High, both done up with a camo canvas exterior. The footwear assortment is rounded out by the Riley Low, featuring a khaki nubuck build complemented with olive waxed canvas at the quarter panel and tongue. Ben Baller Talks About The Worlds Largest Diamond & Gold Chain Ever for The Hundreds

Following his noteworthy Instagram update yesterday, we caught up with Ben Baller for a little insight into what the famed jeweler has in store with The Hundreds. Working together on what Bobby Hundreds promised as “the world’s most expensive, most obnoxious, most ignorant gold chain ever”, Ben Baller adds that “this piece wont be that pretty… but the key word is humongous.” Ben also hits us with some details about the commission below and an exclusive image of the $500,000 deposit check above.

- The chain is so big that it had to be made overseas in India and will be shipped out in the next week

- The total cost will be between $2-$3 Million Dollars

- The gold chain is roughly 3′ feet wide

- It will be premiering on the Ben Baller show April 1

The Hundreds Magazine Volume 4, Issue 2: The Internet Edition

Los Angeles’ The Hundreds recently released the fourth volume, second issue of their magazine labeled “The Internet Edition.” The latest issue spotlights the web personality turned comedienne/actress Stevie Ryan who’s career took a turn for the better when she began using YouTube to promote her self-made shorts. Now the young starlet can be found on VH1′s “Stevie TV.”

Other highlights of the magazine include coverage on the brand’s “Core Series” with Travis Millard, an upcoming collaboration with Hong-Kong based Streetwear brand Clot, a photographic retrospective recounting “A Week in the Life” of Foster Huntington, and additional stories highlighting Le Meme, Kid Sister, Sophia Rossi, Mike Rosenstein, Levy Tran, Jayne Min, and The Hundreds’ Spring and Summer 2013 collections.

The Hundreds Spring 2013 Collection Delivery 2 | Release Info

The Hundreds is set to release a range of new offerings as part of the brand’s Spring 2013 collection, featuring bright colors that that speak to the themes of rebirth and rejuvenation. It’s seen most obviously in the Burnt Camo design that features wildflowers emerging from a decayed forest backdrop, as well as the vividly hued selection of graphic tees, tank tops and snapback caps. Light washed denim on a jacket and matching snap-button shirt continue the warm-weather trend, while the brand’s popular Recharge Varsity Jacket is offered in a lightweight fabrication. Look for the goods to launch this Thursday at all Hundreds flagships and authorized retailers, followed by an online release on Monday, March 11th.
