The Hundreds Hawaii Capsule Collection

Exclusive to Hawaiian The Hundreds retail accounts is a new Hawaii-themed capsule collection set to drop on Saturday, May 19. The collection consists of three graphic tees available in three colorways each, with designs highlighting landmarks from to one of founder Bobby Hundred’s favorite places in the world. The Leonard’s Bakery Tee comes in black, banana, or ash heather with a box full of Adam Bomb baked goods. The second, a skeleton “hang loose,” comes in your choice of black, green, or ash heather, while the last comes in black, purple, or turquoise with the popular Hawaiian treat, shave ice, prominently showcased. The Hundreds Hawaii capsule collection will be sold exclusively at the The Hundreds island retailers beginning on Saturday, May 19, 2012.

The Hundreds x New Era Fluorescent Adam 59FIFTY Fitted Cap

Dreaming of a Californian summer, The Hundreds designed a special series of New Era 59FIFTY fitted caps dubbed “Fluorescent Adam”. In day-glo Lava Red, Cyber Green, and Vice Blue, each embellished with the one and only The Hundreds’ mascot, Adam Bomb, on front. Keen on giving the cap some contrast, the visor of each remains in traditional black. Only 100 made in each color, all three will be available at The Hundreds retail locations in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Santa Monica, and its online store starting on Monday, May 14th.

The Hundreds Summer 2012 Collection

The Hundreds Summer 2012 collection is now available at the The Hundreds Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, and Santa Monica flagship locations as well as authorized retailers. The collection takes inspiration from the Mayan calendar’s prediction of an impending apocalypse, with both militaristic influenced pieces juxtaposed by beach-minded striped fabrics and tongue-in-cheek graphics. Available at The Hundreds online store on Monday, May 7th, 2012.

The Hundreds Summer 2012 Collection

Los Angeles’ own The Hundreds is back to roll-out their Summer 2012 collection, which builds on some of the patterns and colors we picked up in the Spring and continues their Mayan-predicted apocalypse theme. Including a range of apparel with the nice use of color, patterns, and cuts, the collection already hit their U.S. locations in L.A., San Francisco, New York, and Santa Monica and other select retailers on May 3. The collection consists of tees, tanks, hats, shorts, shoes, and accessories – introducing new colorways and takes on their branding using original graphics. In other words, at least you’ll be going down in style if what the Mayans foretold in their calendar does come to bare. Each of these new looks will also be available online beginning Monday, May 7.

The Hundreds: Tim Biskup House Visit Video

Tim Biskup is a painter and illustrator whose unique brand of work has been called many things, one of which is ‘pop surrealism.’ In any which way you’d like to describe his expressive art stylings though, it’s still impressive enough to warrant a visit by The Hundreds — close friends of Biskup. Bobby Hundreds recently stopped by Biskup’s home where he produces all of his work to get a glimpse into the mind and progression Biskup has experienced over the years. Bobby also posted in greater depth on his own blog about the visit, which can be read here.

He pretty much just sums up the hard times that him and Ben Hundreds faced at the beginning of the brand and what they’ve come to be now. The Hundreds Santa Monica 1 Year Anniversary Video

The Hundreds Santa Monica celebrated its first birthday this past Saturday, drawing a huge turnout that had long lines assembling early in the day, even in spite of the uncharacteristic Southern Californian rain. The crowd enjoyed free food and drinks, as well as special performances by Casey Veggies and opener DJ Dyer. The police presence may have put a temporary halt to the festivities, but it appears to have just been a minor hiccup, as the party atmosphere in the packed house seems to have been unrelenting. (Witness Ben Hundreds struggling to officially end the evening.) Check out the video recap following the click.
