SWAGGER x Trickers 7 Hole Wing Tip Boots

Collaboration projects with Tricker’s are very common now a days, from brands to boutiques lining up to work with the traditional British shoe manufacturer. However, Japanese streetwear giant SWAGGER is venturing into an off beat route with their project. The selection of a 7 hole wing tip boot style does not come as a surprise, though the details on these boots are quiet unique. First and foremost, visual impact is created by a bandanna that wraps around the ankle portion of the boots. Furthermore, an eye catching red boot is included amongst the trio of boots made up of classic black and navy pairs. Last but definitely not the least, the usually smooth leather soles have been embossed with a custom designed pattern.

A nice alteration of the classic Tricker’s Wingtip Brogue is the above edition with the added tassle flap. Featuring a clean beige suede, the matching tassles make for a nice add-on. The shoes feature a leather mid-sole and rugged outer sole and are now in stock at ChimeraLuxe.

Tricker's x Junya Watanabe Comme des Garcons MAN Super Boot

From the continuing collaboration between Tricker’s and Junya Watanabe Comme des Garcons MAN the Super Boot has released for Fall/Winter 2011. The high rise boot comes in chocolate brown and in a lighter snuff brown this season, featuring wingtip detailing and a Goodyear welted, light weight, Vibram outer sole. As with all shoes coming from this collaboration, the lining comes in red and the in-sole features both brands logos.

The two boots are now in stock at Tres Bien.

We preview some more footwear from the upcoming Junya Watanabe Comme des Garcons MAN Spring/Summer 2012 Collection.

The Japanese brand continues to work with Tricker’s and presents the classic wingtip brogue in two colorways next season. The upper is made of black leather and canvas, giving the shoe a more casual look. The contrasting metal eyelets and leather mid-sole are a nice touch on these.

Nano Universe x Tricker's Wingtip Boots

Japanese retailer Nano Universe got together with English shoemaker Tricker’s. The outcome is an interesting wingtip boot, which features different leathers and colors on almost every panel of the boot, while still resulting in a very wearable shoe. The boots come in two colorways and will be released at Nano Universe in September 2011.

After having showcased the nanamica Fall/Winter 2011 Lookbook a couple of weeks ago, we can present today a more detailed look at their new collection, focussing on product highlights.

Next to their own outerwear range, nanamica presents a fantastic luggage range, as well as collaborations with The North Face (The North Face Purple Label), Champion, Tricker’s, Russel Moccasin, Mark McNairy and Quilp. Overall a fantastic range of goods. We actually have a hard time choosing favorites, but once again the luggage has to be our personal primary choice.

British labels CASH CA and Tricker’s link up on a new footwear set for the upcoming Fall/Winter 2011 season. Produced by the iconic Tricker’s shoe company in England, each design features the utmost of quality and construction, paired with solid color choices by the CASH CA brand. Both a grey chukka boot and blue saddle shoes are offered in the drop, each expected to see a release in mid-October 2011 through CASH CA retailers worldwide.

CASH CA worked with Tricker’s on two pairs of footwear for Fall/Winter 2011. Tackling the saddle shoe and chukka boot silos, CASH CA choose navy and grey suede and leather with brogue detailing. The work boot laces on navy with the red brick sole look great. Expected, but still good.

Junya Watanabe COMME des GARCONS MAN x Tricker’s 2011 Fall/Winter Footwear Collection

Once again, Junya Watanabe COMME des GARCONS MAN collaborates with highly regarded English shoes manufacturer, Tricker’s. This time we have two new designs, firstly a 7-hole boot that comes with a classically stitched suede upper sat upon a large one-piece Vibram crafted sole. Secondly, there is an original designed low cut shoe that mixes subtle sneaker styling with detailed stitching and cut work. A more refined sole has been used on this model. Available from Junya Watanabe COMME des GARCONS MAN dealers, the boots have a Japanese retail of ¥99,550 (approximately $1240 USD) whilst the shoes are ¥55,650 (approximately $695 USD).

Tricker’s Super Boot C Marron

Although perhaps better known for their classic, supremely English brogues and oxfords, Tricker’s is no slouch when it comes to producing incredibly wearable, high-quality boots as well. Dubbed the “Super Boot C Marron,” this iteration comes in a completely clean, wingtip-free dark chestnut brown leather. Set atop a wooden stacked heel and completed with tonal leather laces and minimal stitching, these are the epitome of an elegant lace-up boot – about as simple and simultaneously striking as they come.
