UNDFTD x fragment design x CONVERSE Chuck Taylor All Star | Teaser

Having been in the same circle of creative types for a number of years, the only thing surprising about this upcoming collaboration is why it took and Hiroshi Fujiwara so long? Right off UNDFTD‘s successes with CONVERSE Poor Man’s Weapon, Cruz unveiled the yet to be named Chuck Taylor All Star on his Instagram. While no details were given, the design looked to be predominantly red, white accents, and with logos from fragment design and . Rumor has it that the design might be a Valentine’s Day edition. But with that special day fast approaching, we doubt that is the case. Whatever it might be and whenever it might be release, there about to be more information to follow soon. via: Eddie Cruz

Walt Frazier did lead the New York Knicks to their only two NBA Championsihps, but he was far from unbeaten in his Hall of Fame career.  But Clyde’s classic Puma signature sneakers are most certainly Undefeated, as this latest collection of UNDFTD x Puma Clydes marks eight packs in the past ten months.  The latest trio goes with leather uppers and contrasting snakeskin Formstripes plus white soles, the kind of simple yet expressive appeal that’s kept these lowtops in style for nearly four decades.  Click through for shots of each pair and stick with Sneaker News for updates.  via Sneaker Freaker

UNDFTD x CONVERSE All Star All Good TYO Hi

UNDFTD x CONVERSE All Star All Good TYO Hi

UNDFTD Tokyo has teamed up with CONVERSE to produce an exclusive All Star All Good TYO Hi sneakers. The theme of these shoes revolve around the city of Tokyo. An old map of Tokyo from the Edo period is printed on the insoles, showcasing the long tradition of the capital of Japan. On the outside, number 03 is located on the outer toe to represent the city’s area code. The purple inner lining is printed with a custom designed tiger stripe camouflage, matched by purple shoe laces. Last but not the least, the uppers are made from reflective material, coordinated by a matte gray pin stripe on the foxing. These shoes are planned for release on Saturday, January 21st at select retailers in Japan including Styles in Tokyo.

Levi Maestro x Vans Vault Old Skool UNDFTD Release Recap

West Coast streetwear giants have released several of their own collaborations with Vans, but most recently, the La Brea location hosted a launch for another Off the Wall tag team effort.  It was last Saturday that the Levi Maestro x Vans Vault Old Skool touched down with considerable fanfare, and it seems the shoe’s greyscale upper has bled over into some of these recap images.  Click through to get a sense for what went down, including a look at some food from Kogi that’s almost as colorful as the shoe’s rainbow soles, and be sure to stick with Sneaker News for updates on sneaker-centric events from all around the world.  via Sneaker Freaker

UNDFTD x Stussy x HECTIC x New Balance CM996 Euro Release Info

This three-way team up features some of the biggest names doing it in the streetwear world, and it looks like the stateside contingency managed a bit more pull with the color combo. The Lakers-looking colorway wouldn’t exactly be foreign to the likes of California based or , but we’re sure Japanese heavyweights had their say in things, this being far from their first rodeo when it comes to New Balance collabos. The UNDFTD x Stussy x HECTIC x New Balance CM996 saw a small Asia-only release towards the tail end of 2011, and has sluggishly been making it’s way to European retailers since then. Looks like it’s finally ready to drop, with pairs showing up at spots like The Good Will Out and other premium New Balance accounts on January 14th. Levi Maestro x VANS Vault Old Skool Decon 77 Launch at UNDFTD | Los Angeles

From this weekend, Levi Maestro will be going on a America-wide tour dropping by thirteen cities in total, starting from the West Coast and ending up in the East Coast. The tour actually starts today in San Francisco and Levi will be heading to UNDFTD in Los Angeles tomorrow where a launch party for the Levi Maestro x VANS Vault Old Skool Decon 77 will be held. You will be able to catch up with him at the launch and enjoy some nice snacks provided by Kogi BBQ. The launch will commence at 7pm and will be going on until 9pm, so be sure to drop by if you are in the neighborhood. Check after the jump for more information regarding the rest of the tour dates.

In welcoming the holiday season, or for those doing last minute Christmas Gift shopping, Los Angeles-base retailer UNDFTD will launch its x Clyde Stripe Offs this Friday, December 5th. As a follow-up to the design’s immensely popular introduction earlier this year, the Fall/Winter 2011 line-up continues on the stripe-less silhouette of the PUMA Clyde. Premium leather upper in tan, navy, on emergency orange, all with contrast white outsole and lux leather insole, the UNDEFEATED x PUMA Clyde Stripe Off is the ideal mesh up between a known classic and nondescript preference favored by many consumers today.  Each pair packaged with matching and white laces, the three colorways will be available at all UNDFTD chapters as well as its online store this Friday, December 9th.
